Kya customer Kavach app ko uninstall kar sakta hai? ⌄
Nahi. Kavach Device Owner mode mein install hoti hai jisme customer uninstall nahi kar sakta. Factory reset bhi sirf retailer permission se hota hai. Companion mode mein thodi limitation hai, lekin usmein bhi accessibility service se enforcement hoti hai.
Agar customer phone off kar de to kya hoga? ⌄
Kavach offline breadcrumb tracking karta hai — last known GPS location store hoti hai. Jab bhi phone on hoga aur internet connect hoga, location update ho jayegi. Lock command queue mein rehti hai aur phone on hote hi execute ho jata hai.
Payment ke baad unlock kitni der mein hota hai? ⌄
UPI payment confirm hote hi — usually 5 to 30 seconds mein — device automatically unlock ho jata hai. Retailer ko kuch bhi manually karne ki zaroorat nahi hoti.
Kya yeh iPhone pe bhi kaam karta hai? ⌄
Abhi Kavach primarily Android ke liye design hai (Samsung, Vivo, Oppo, Realme, Xiaomi, etc.). iOS support limited hai aur roadmap mein hai.
